About Coaching

Professional coaching is rooted in establishing connection and a partnership with you as a client in presence.

Inviting your whole self (mind, body, & spirit) into the conversation, we will tap into your inner wisdom in order to explore old habit patterns, and catalyze transformative change.

Profound shifts can happen through body-based, or somatic coaching work. 

The key principles that are the core to my approach are:

  • Cultivating joy in the every day.

  • Exploring your “bigger why” & strengthening your ability to listen in to your intuition.

  • Nurturing your energy system to be vibrant, radiant, and glowing.

  • Expanding into the present moment with mindful awareness.

  • Catching and reframing old thought patterns keeping you stuck.

  • Moving toward a more embodied way of living, working within the parameters for what feels safe & approachable for you.

  • Developing a clear vision for the future “self” you’d like to be & moving into the new “you”.

What to expect:

  • In working together, we’ll have an initial conversation around your goals for coaching and develop an individualized plan tailored to your needs.

  • You’ll bring a topic or something that you’d like to work on at each coaching appointment related to your overarching goal.

  • We begin each session with a short moment of centering or breathing to bring us into the present moment.

  • We may incorporate experiential exercises to explore and understand old stuck patterns and habits.

  • The appointment will always close with “fieldwork”, or homework to do between sessions.

Coaching is not a replacement for mental health counseling, but it can be an excellent complement to traditional therapy.
