About Coaching
Professional coaching is rooted in establishing connection and a partnership with you as a client in presence.
Inviting your whole self (mind, body, & spirit) into the conversation, we will tap into your inner wisdom in order to explore old habit patterns, and catalyze transformative change.
Profound shifts can happen through body-based, or somatic coaching work.
The key principles that are the core to my approach are:
Cultivating joy in the every day.
Exploring your “bigger why” & strengthening your ability to listen in to your intuition.
Nurturing your energy system to be vibrant, radiant, and glowing.
Expanding into the present moment with mindful awareness.
Catching and reframing old thought patterns keeping you stuck.
Moving toward a more embodied way of living, working within the parameters for what feels safe & approachable for you.
Developing a clear vision for the future “self” you’d like to be & moving into the new “you”.
What to expect:
In working together, we’ll have an initial conversation around your goals for coaching and develop an individualized plan tailored to your needs.
You’ll bring a topic or something that you’d like to work on at each coaching appointment related to your overarching goal.
We begin each session with a short moment of centering or breathing to bring us into the present moment.
We may incorporate experiential exercises to explore and understand old stuck patterns and habits.
The appointment will always close with “fieldwork”, or homework to do between sessions.
Coaching is not a replacement for mental health counseling, but it can be an excellent complement to traditional therapy.
