An introduction

Welcome to my blog!

Here’s a little more about me.

Lately, I have been deep in the process of business development and building my coaching practice. It's exciting & scary at the same time.

Butterflies have been a powerful metaphor in my journey since moving to Madison, WI, 4 years ago. As a California native, I've always seen monarchs as very special, as they are a protected species and rarely spotted in most place in the west. Yet here in Wisconsin, the summers are filled with these amazing creatures. The eastern monarch is everywhere, and their favorite milkweed plants really are weeds that grow everywhere. The magic of their presence speaks to me.

I'm emerging from my cocoon, and slowly but surely spreading my wings.

For the last 10 years, I have been on a healing journey from a long list of multisystem health issues caused by lyme disease. Although not a path I would have chosen, the gift from this experience has lead to a deep dive into my own personal development and a complete shift in how I live my life.

It has been an essential practice for my healing to listen into the messages my body is giving me and live from this space in the present moment. I have learned how to strengthen my intuition and tap into my body's wisdom as my guide.

As a science geek, educator, and life long learner, I've also immersed myself into classes and workshops focused on harnessing our body and brain's healing powers to heal ourselves. It has been so rewarding to see the results of the work to rewire my brain toward vibrant health and wellness.

I am excited and grateful to be in a place now to work with people on a journey to tap into their body's inner knowing. As a coach, I partner with clients and provide a space to be seen and heard. I help people to find safety & resilience in their own bodies, and to tap into their intuitive knowing to move into a life of purpose, joy, and ease.

At this time I am offering one-on-one remote coaching. More details about my services can be found at: https://www.corihallcoaching.com/services. I'd love to connect and learn more about you.

... AND, enjoy my paint-by-number monarch friend.

With gratitude, Cori :)
